Before you purchase one of our unlock codes, it is up to you as the purchaser to check to see if your device is already hardlocked. Hardlocked means your device will be unable to accept one of our "working unlocking codes" as you are out of attempts. We will not refund you if your device is already hardlocked and you have already purchased a code.
Refund Policy
In a rare event that our unlock code cannot unlock your device, we will gladly refund 100% of your payment. We reserve the right to request evidence that the Blackberry in question is still locked. This may include photographic/video evidence with images of the IMEI number located under the battery or on the device's screen.
